2013/14學年成長的天空計劃（小學）

有意申請「成長的天空計劃(小學)」津貼的官立及資助小學，必須於2013年5月10日或之前提交經填妥的附件三甲申請表；
至於申請額外津貼的學校，則於2013年7月5日或之前，另行提交額外津貼申請表附件三乙。
「成長的天空計劃(小學)」津貼已計算在直接資助小學的津貼額內，直接資助小學無須另行申請。

為使「香港學生資料表格」更易於運用，本局將於2013年5月透過網上平台發放「香港學生資料表格」以取代目前學校使用的2006年光碟版。
To facilitate the use of the Hong Kong Student Information Form (HKSIF), a web-based HKSIF will be launched in May 2013 to replace the existing HKSIF CD-ROM (2006).



教育局通函第19/2013號 2013/14學年成長的天空計劃（小學）
教育局自2004/05學年開始推行「成長的天空計劃(小學)」，該計劃是一套全面的個人成長輔助計劃，目的是提升小學生的抗逆力，以面對成長的挑戰。
從學生評估問卷分析反映，學生參加該計劃後，在情緒控制、解決困難、目標訂定、建立關係等各方面都有進步。
家長及教師均認為學生參與該計劃有助鞏固樂觀的態度、增強對家庭和學校的歸屬感，而且在與人溝通和合作方面均有進步。
