今年的主題是「測風雲保平安」，歡迎公眾人士參觀，實地了解天文台的工作，與專業氣象人員交談，看看我們如何利用科技為市民服務。

The Observatory will be open to the public on 23 and 24 March 2013.
This year's theme for the Open Day is "Watching the Weather to Protect Life and Property". You are cordially invited to visit us and see how we have applied science and technology to serve the public.
