2013/14學年「多元智能躍進計劃」

「多元智能躍進計劃」分為教師發展、學生訓練及營後跟進活動三個部分。
Enhanced Smart Teen Project (ESTP) comprises three parts: teacher development, student training and post-camp follow-up activities.

Details are as follows:

(a) 教師發展 - 本局會為參與學校的教師提供一系列的專業發展活動，當中包括兩日一夜的「教師訓練營」，以及約十二小時的「教師工作坊」。目的是讓教師掌握帶領及推行本計劃的技巧。
    Teacher development - A series of professional training activities will be arranged for teachers, including an overnight training camp and about 12 hours of training workshops. The aim of the training is to equip teachers with the skills in leading and implementing the Project.

(b) 學生訓練 - 本局會繼續與警務處、消防處、懲教署、香港海關、入境事務處、民眾安全服務隊及香港少年領袖團，為學生提供「多元智能挑戰營」，透過一系列的紀律及體能訓練，加強他們的自律、自信、團隊精神及抗逆能力。
    Student training - EDB will continue to collaborate with the Hong Kong Police Force, the Fire Services Department, the Correctional Services Department, the Customs and Excise Department, the Immigration Department, the Civil Aid Service and the Hong Kong Adventure Corps in organizing Smart Teen Challenge Camps. Through a series of discipline and physical training, students’ self-discipline, self-confidence, team spirit and resilience will be enhanced.

(c) 營後跟進活動 - 當學生完成挑戰營的訓練後，學校須透過舉辦一連串的營後跟進活動，深化學生在「多元智能挑戰營」中的學習經驗，以鞏固及延續學生的正向改變。
    Post-camp follow-up activities - After the students have completed the Smart Teen Challenge Camps, schools should organize a series of post-camp follow-up activities to strengthen the learning experiences the students acquired in the camps, so as to consolidate and sustain the positive changes.

教育局通函第27/2013號 2013/14學年「多元智能躍進計劃」
由2006/07學年開始，教育局與不同的紀律部隊合作，推行「多元智能躍進計劃」，為中二及中三學生提供紀律及團隊訓練，以提升學生的自律、自信心、團隊精神和抗逆力。
為配合新高中學制的推展，自2009/10學年開始，本局已將計劃內的部份名額預留予中四及中五學生。
由於計劃成效顯著且深受學界的支持，教育局已落實將計劃延伸至2017/18學年。
此外，本局亦會繼續為負責此計劃的教師提供一系列的專業培訓。

Education Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 27/2013  Enhanced Smart Teen Project (ESTP) 2013/14
Starting from the 2006/07 school year, the Education Bureau (EDB) has collaborated with various discipline forces to implement the ESTP. Training on discipline and team building has been provided for Secondary 2 and 3 students to enhance their self-discipline, self confidence, team spirit and resilience.
Starting from the 2009/10 school year, some quotas have been reserved for Secondary 4 and 5 students in the light of the implementation of the new academic structure.
As the project has yielded remarkable outcome and has been well received by schools, EDB will extend the project to the 2017/18 school year.
EDB will also continue to provide a series of professional training for the teachers responsible for the Project.
