OEBG, EOEBG and CFEG for Aided Schools for the 2014/15 School Year

2014/15學年資助學校的營辦開支整筆津貼、擴大的營辦開支整筆津貼及綜合家具及設備津貼

按照2013年6月至2014年6月期間綜合消費物價指數的變動，2014/15學年營辦津貼、擴大的營辦津貼及綜合津貼的津貼額會上調 3.6% 。
On the basis of the CCPI movement between June 2013 and June 2014, the OEBG, the EOEBG and the CFEG rates for the 2014/15 school year will be adjusted upward by 3.6%.




請注意，由2014/15學年起，營辦津貼與擴大的營辦津貼之下分項津貼會有下列變動：
Schools are requested to note the following change to the constituent grants under the OEBG and EOEBG with effect from the 2014/15 school year-

供增聘文書助理的行政津貼 Administration Grant for Additional Clerical Assistant


這項津貼會納入營辦津貼的一般範疇/擴大的營辦津貼的基線指標撥款內，發放對象為所有資助小學及特殊學校。

It will be included in the General Domain of the OEBG/provision of the Baseline Reference under the EOEBG for aided primary schools and special schools.

教育局通函第106/2014號 2014/15學年資助學校的營辦開支整筆津貼、擴大的營辦開支整筆津貼及綜合家具及設備津貼
學校須就12014/15學年學校發展津貼的用途擬備周年計劃書，並在用途擬備周年計劃書，並在2014年10月底前，把經校董會/法團校董會通過的計劃書上載至學校網頁。否則，已發放的學校展津貼會被撤回。


Education Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 106/2014  Operating Expenses Block Grant, Expanded Operating Expenses Block Grant and Composite Furniture and Equipment Grant for Aided Schools for the 2014/15 School Year
Annual plans on the use of CEG for the 2014/15 school year should be drawn up and, with the endorsement of the School Management Committee/Incorporated Management Committee, uploaded onto the homepage of the schools before end of October 20143. The CEG released is subject to clawback if schools fail to take the above actions.
