小一入學統籌辦法 統一派位的修訂安排

總括而言，就居於本港「小一學校網」內的申請兒童而言，小一入學統籌辦法的安排將維持不變。
至於居於內地的申請兒童，參加自行分配學位階段及統一派位階段甲部時的安排亦維持不變，但由2014年度開始，我們會修訂他們參加統一派位階段乙部的安排。
In gist, the arrangements for applicant children residing in the Primary One Admission (POA) School Net will remain unchanged.
For applicant children residing in the Mainland, starting from POA 2014, while the arrangements for them to participate in the Discretionary Places Admission stage and Part A of the Central Allocation stage will remain unchanged, the arrangements for them to participate in Part B of the Central Allocation stage will be revised.

Revised Arrangements Starting from 2014

由2014年度開始，家長毋須為居於內地的申請兒童選擇某一校網作為其「小一學校網」以參加統一派位階段乙部。
在填寫小一入學申請表時，家長毋須在申請表的右上角填寫「住址所屬小一學校網編號」。
Their parents, starting from POA 2014, will not choose any school net as their applicant children’s POA School Net for participation in Part B of the Central Allocation.
The box “POA School Net No. of Home Address” at the top right hand corner of the application form for admission to P1 should be left blank.

在自行分配學位階段，公營小學接受居於內地的申請兒童的申請時，毋須要求或檢視他們的住址證明文件。
Public sector primary schools, on receiving applications from applicant children residing in the Mainland at the Discretionary Places Admission stage, will no longer collect or verify documents for proof of the applicant children’s residential address.

EDB - 學位分配系統 School Places Allocation Systems

學位分配系統包括小一入學統籌辦法、中學學位分配辦法及中四學位安排機制，均由教育局執行，為合資格的小一、中一及中四學生分配資助學位。
School Places Allocation Systems comprise the Primary One Admission (POA) System, Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System and the Secondary Four Placement (SFP) Mechanism, all of which are administered by the EDB to allocate subsidised Primary One (P1), Secondary 1 (S1) and Secondary 4 (S4) places to eligible students.
