Education Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 97/2013  Review of Education Bureau's Circulars
With effective from 1 September 2013, the circulars listed in the Appendix are deleted. Those circulars are either replaced, incorporated into other guidelines, or their contents have become common knowledge or outdated.
