The EDB has commissioned the Telephone and Online Support Services to provide guidance on Internet safety.
The Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) has continued to operate the services. Registered social workers will be on duty to provide counselling and advice on the Internet safety for parents, teachers and students.

日期： 星期一 至 星期六(公眾假期除外)
Date: Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays)

學校可透過家長教師會向家長宣傳此支援服務。
Schools are encouraged to promote the services to parents through Parent-Teacher Associations.

為讓家長、老師及學生進一步認識安全上網的資訊，香港家庭福利會將加強網絡支援服務。
電子期刊、影片、教材、家長錦囊及其他有關安全上網的資源亦會在網站上發佈。
To further promote the awareness of parents, teachers and students on Internet safety, HKFWS will strengthen its online support services.
Regular e-newsletters, videos, teaching packages, practical tips for parenting and other resources related to Internet safety will be available online at website.
