學業增值資料

教育局現已完成對增值模型的檢視，並因應新學制的推行優化增值模型及更新「學校增值資料系統」。
為配合學校自評的需要，本局將於二零一三年十月透過更新的「學校增值資料系統」發放二零一二年及二零一三年學業增值資料。
一如既往，學校應參考增值資料進行自評，以促進學校不斷完善。
學校不應利用增值資料作宣傳用途，並須遵守現有的使用協議。

The Education Bureau (EDB) has now completed the review of the Value-added (VA) model. In tandem with the implementation of the New Academic Structure (NAS), EDB has also refined the VA model and revamped the Schools Value-added Information System (SVAIS).
To meet school self-evaluation needs, EDB is set to release the VA information of 2012 and 2013 through the revamped SVAIS in October 2013.
As usual, schools should conduct self-evaluation, with reference to the VA information, to facilitate school continuous improvement.
Schools should not release the VA information to the public for publicity purposes and they should observe the existing protocol in using the VA information.

因應新學制的推行及香港中學文憑考試的開展，教育局檢視了增值模型及「學校增值資料系統」。在檢視的過程中，教育局曾徵詢專家學者及學校的意見，以檢視增值模型在新學制之下的適用性。
由二零一三年起，本局將會為學校提供香港中學文憑考試的增值資料。

Education Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 111/2013  The Value-added Information
Subsequent to the implementation of the NAS and the introduction of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, EDB has reviewed the VA model and the SVAIS. In the course of the reviewing, EDB sought advice from academic experts and schools to review the applicability of the VA model in the NAS.
EDB will provide schools with the VA information for the HKDSE Examination starting from 2013.

應用學業增值資料於學校自評的經驗分享。
To share the experiences in making use of the VA information for school self-evaluation. 

學校增值資料系統 Schools Value-added Information System (SVAIS)
教育局致力支援學校運用數據和實證進行自評，並配合學校的需要，為學校提供不同的評估工具和數據。
學業增值資料是其中一項本局提供的數據，結合其他校本數據一併使用，有助學校清楚掌握學生的學業表現。
教育局自二零零三年起透過「學校增值資料系統」向學校發放學業增值資料，並已廣為學校採用。
EDB is committed to supporting schools to make use of data and evidence to conduct self-evaluation. In this regard, EDB also provides schools with different evaluation tools and data to meet their needs.
The VA information is one of the sources of data provided by EDB. In conjunction with other school-based data, it can facilitate schools to understand more clearly the academic performance of students.
EDB has been providing schools with the VA information through SVAIS since 2003 and it has been widely used by schools.
