6.22 民間全民投票

香港大學民意研究計劃受「和平佔中秘書處」委託，與香港理工大學社會政策研究中心合作舉辦是次活動，就以下兩個表決題目投票:
Public Opinion Programme at The University of Hong Kong (POP) and Centre for Social Policy Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (CSPS) are commissioned by the Secretariat of the “Occupy Central with Love and Peace” (OCLP) to organize the “Occupy Central with Love and Peace 6.20-6.22 Civil Referendum”, which encourages members of the general public to vote on the following two motions on 6.20-6.22 Civil Referendum:




1. 有關政改方案的表決題目:
   Issue related to constitutional reform proposals:


就 2017 特首選舉，本人支持「和平佔中」向政府提交以下方案：
For CE Election 2017, I support OCLP to submit this proposal to the Government:


1. 真普選聯盟方案 Alliance for True Democracy Proposal
2. 人民力量方案 People Power Proposal
3. 學界方案 Students Proposal
棄權 Abstention


在此表決題目，「和平佔中」秘書處會以三個方案中得票最多的方案為「讓愛與和平佔領中環」運動所支持及推動的方案，無論棄權票、白票或廢票的數量佔總投票數量的百份比是多少。
Regarding the voting of this motion, OCLP Secretariat will choose the proposal which obtained the highest number of votes as the proposal OCLP supports and endorses, regardless of the percentage of abstain vote, blank vote or invalid vote.




2. 有關政改原則立場的表決題目：
   Issue related to the principles of constitutional reform:


如果政府方案不符國際標準讓選民有真正選擇，立法會應予否決。
本人表示：
If the government proposal cannot satisfy international standards allowing genuine choices by electors, LegCo should veto it.
My stance is:

棄權 Abstention



市民可以選擇只在兩條表決題目的其中一條投票，也可在兩條表決題目都投票。
Residents can choose either one motion to vote or vote for both motions.

政府回應傳媒就「全民運動日」的查詢
就今日（二○一四年八月三日）康樂及文化事務署開始舉行所謂「全民運動日」，政府發言人回應傳媒查詢時強調，香港特別行政區的《基本法》及法律中不存在「全民運動」或相關制度，因此相關「運動」並沒有法律效力。


Government's response to media enquiries on "Sport For All Day"
In response to media enquiries concerning the so-called "Sport For All Day" organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department which starts today (August 3, 2014), a government spokesman stressed that "Sport For All Day" did not exist in the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and our domestic legislation. Therefore, it has no legal effect.

1600 熊貓出巡香港喇!
1600隻熊貓橫掃法國、荷蘭、意大利、瑞士、德國及台灣共接近100個展點後，今日終於到達香港!
這個環球巡迴展源自世界自然基金會(WWF)與法國著名藝術家 PauloGrangeon 於2008年的協作，以回收廢紙為材，設計不同大小的熊貓模樣，再手製成全球野生熊貓僅存數目的紙糊藝術品。
1600 Pandas are en route to Hong Kong!
After ruling France, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan and nearly 100 exhibitions, 1600 Pandas has landed Hong Kong for the first time today.
This world tour was launched in 2008 by WWF and acclaimed French artist Paulo Grangeon, who crafted 1600 pandas – the number of living pandas left in the wild – in various sizes with recycled materials in the form of paper mache.


由即日起，1600 熊貓將遊走全港超過10個的重要地標，以創意「熊」海呼籲港人愛保育、撐持續發展，宣揚人與自然共存的訊息！是次展覽1600熊貓將以六款不同造型露面。
PAULO 更等別為香港人額外設計四款獨一無二、百分百屬於香港人的紙糊熊貓。
所有展覽收益會撥捐世界自然基金會香港分會。
From 9 June onwards, the pandas will leave their footprints on Hong Kong. They will grace more than 10 Hong Kong landmarks and help promote the city’s creative industry by fostering an interactive, imaginative and sustainable environment where humans and nature coexist.
The 1600 visiting pandas will come in six different shapes and sizes, with four more one-of-a-kind paper mache versions specially created by Paulo Grangeon for his visit to Hong Kong.
All proceeds will be donated to WWF Hong Kong for conservation and education work.

Hospital Authority launches Pharmacy Mobile App TouchMed
There are typically over 1,000 prescriptions each day at busy pharmacies of acute hospitals and some patients may need to wait longer to collect their medicines during the peak hours. After setting up the alert, patients can manage their time with greater flexibility while waiting for the medicines.
