HK Car First Registration Tax Mobile App, developed by the Customs & Excise Department (C&ED), provides citizens and motor traders the following information:

Notes about the purchase or sale of new motor vehicles;
最新已核准的公布零售價目表； 及
Latest Approved Published Retail Price List; and

Customs and Excise Department launches mobile application "HK Car Tax"
The mobile application provides information including points-to-note for buyers and traders, First Registration Tax calculation, information of approved published retail price lists, promotion video, knowledge quiz, and more, aiming to alert both potential vehicle owners and motor vehicle distributors of the liability when purchasing and selling motor vehicles before first registration, and to increase price transparency so as to enhance consumer protection.

嗇色釋義
Meaning of “Sik Sik”
「嗇」乃慳吝之意，而「色」可解作「所好之物」、「有欲之類」。嗇色二字，有愛精神、致虛靜、省思慮、寡情欲的要義，包含導人悟道修真的意思。
The first word “Sik” means save or spend less; the second word “Sik” means colorful things or human desire. The two characters put together have a meaning of: Spirituality, Tranquility, Intuition and Purification.

恭奉赤松黃大仙師，尊崇道、釋、儒三教，以「普濟勸善」為宗旨，廣推善行。
Deifies Master Wong Tai Sin, has a high regard for Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism and to carry out charity works according to the guiding principle of “to Act Benevolently and to Teach Benevolence”
